Terms & Conditions of our service:
1a) You agree that you own the jewellery sent to us.
the gold and silver prices can be changed daily.
2 that you are 18 years or older & a resident in the Unted Kingdom
3 You have the full authority to sell the jewellery sent to us
4 That there has been no such illegal activity involved of the jewellery
5 The jewellery is sold free from any liabilities or claims
6 That you are the sole seller of the jewellery and not selling in trade or agent
or representing a third party or purposes of your trade.
7 that you agree to the jewellery being acid tested
to find the correct carat
of the gold or silver
this can leave a permanent stain or file marks we are not
held responsible for
Any possible damage of your jewellery during the testing process.
8 the possible seperation of any stones or non gold materials
may occure to find the correct weight,
and value of the jewellery. The non gold items
will not be valued in any way by our service.
The customer agrees for every 100 grams of gold sent
to damelt gold buyers or bought in at the offices
1 gram is removed to cover any
loss from bolt ring spings dirt etc and the melting process.
For every 100 grams
of silver sent to damelt or bought in to the office and sold to damelt
1 gram is removed to cover any loss from non silver
bolt ring springs also the loss of silver in the melting process.
9 There may be precious stones in the jewellery
Damelt strongly advises you to remove them
as we will not be held responsible for any loss
or damage to precious or non precious stones.
10 You are welcome to visit Damelt Gold Buyers.
Please note
that you must count any cash paid to you in the offices before you leave
Damelt will not be held responsible for any mistakes made with cash payments,
when you walk out of the office's
Damelt will not refund any mistakes made loss of money.
11 our collection service you agree to give
information of drivers licence number
via phone call this is proof of ID before we visit.
12 collections on gold are any amount and over collections
on silver 1 kilo and over.
13 Anything that is sent to damelt that is not of
precious metal
If requested will be returned at the cost to the sender.
for every 100 grams of scrap gold 1 gram is removed
this is to
cover any melting loss of gold dirt etc.
14 If items are lost or damaged during postage
the sender is to take this up
with the postal
service used.
Damelt will not be held responsible for any loss or
damage during the posting service.
Damelt suggests Items of Jewellery
sent
should be insured from £500 to £2500 for your security.
